W/H had to work out of town tonight, and won't be home til tommorrow.
I took this opportunity to:
1) Take myself out to mexican food restaurant for dinner.
2) I splurged and took myself to a movie, "Flight".
I had a great time just being out and didn't feel self conscience at all. W/H called around 9:00 pm while I was at the restaurant. His first words out of his mouth were "where are you at?" I told him I went out to dinner. He questioned me whether I went out with dd. I told him no, I was out by myself.
I could tell he was a little agitated when he asked me where I was. (shrugging my shoulders) oh, well.
Who knows what goes through the mind of the xws.

ATTAGIRL !

When I started dressing up and going out Squid was OBSESSED that I might be with another woman. And I way very cagey in my replies. "You have nothing to worry about", "I'm not having an affair". etc.

Well done !

Best to go out with friends though. Enjoying in company soothes the soul IME.

WELL DONE ! Keep it up !

Thanks Bobpure,
It felt good. I hate to admit it but I don't have any friends in town. I have friends where I go to school 40 miles from home. We try to go out to dinner and lunch every chance we get. I have been a hermit for the past 23 years as a stay at home mom.
You and all the wonderful friends here have opened my eyes to the fact that there is a whole life out there I need to live and explore. One day at a time.
