Last 2 days have been a mess H and I have ben fighting I meaning fighting This rape trial has torn up my home and I have no one to talk to and I leave wednesday I am shaking and scared and We have been at each others thoats all day. My family won't talk to me and my H won't talk to me and to make things worst I found a pair of pants in my house the belong to no one that lives here and they belong to a woman but he said they are his I know what clothes he has and those I never saw before and he pushed me today because I told him he was lying. please someone talk to me.

Just hang in there for yourself right now. With everything else going on in your life, you need to put yourself FIRST for a change. I know it's hard not to have anyone to talk to. I finally told my Mother-in-Law what has happened to us. She went through the same thing with his father. We do talk, but only when he is at work. She said when men lose what they have and realize it was the best thing that ever happened to them, then they seem to wake up. So, hold your head up and think of yourself for a change. I'll be praying for you.

I don't know but my day is bad really bad I don't want to go I don't I want to stay here and work on my marriage thats all that matters right now just because all is not well and this trial is not going to fix it I think I will loose him by the time I come back. Found phones on the phone bill the same one alot of times and they talk for hours and hours and I am at work and going through all of this. Why is he doing this why I am going through this ?

He is not doing this to you, he is doing it to himself, his selfish needs, its all about him. It is not about you!!
You need to think about that. You have had a traumatic experience where you had no control and it was not your fault. YOU ARE ALL THAT MATTERS RIGHT NOW!
If I lived within driving distance from you I would come there and stand by your side. Now I am a stranger, I would do that for you if I could. Your WH is in the fog, it is all about him.
DO not put your WH above you. That is sooo wrong.
NO the trial will be h*ll and you will get through it. You must for you and others out there that you will protect from that SOB that did that to you.

PLEASE think of yourself for now. He will be there when you get back. Remember the saying, he puts no more on us than we can handle. I know that saying for sure. My first husband passed away in 1999, today would of been our 18th anniversary. I can say things do come back to remind you, but you have to be stronger than they are. So far, I think I might have gotten though to my husband now that cheated. He finally wrote her a NC letter, but she tries to get the best of me by calling me, but I stand strong and act like no big deal, but it is. Just hang in there and things will get better for you, I know they will. We all are praying for you.
