Hi

I'm posting here to see if anyone has any knowledge of a marriage being restored after 7 years of divorce and infidelities.

I know that God can restore and change hearts. I suppose since I am asking this question, it must mean somewhere in the depths of my heart that is my desire, although it seems so impossible.

I was a member long ago and there used to be a restoration group. Is that still available?

And one more question, could someone give me spritual reference as to if second marriages are *ok* in the sight of the Lord, without it being considered adultry.

Thanks so much!

Aloha EOG,

This forum doesn't get the traffic it used to and of course the weekends are even slower.

You can ask this question on the GQII Forum to see if someone can answer it. The only one I can think of off the top of myhead would be lupolady. She got remarried after being divorced for 3 years. I know there are others that have remarried after their D.

I'm assuming youare referring to the Wed. prayer and marriage restoration thread that cajunky started on the D/D forum? Well, there are a few remnants that still lurk and pray for people. We ran out of people who had time to keep the list going every week. If you look at the view column to see how many people have seen your post, that's probably a few of the old prayer warriors.

M prayers are with you. May God lead you and may your heart be open to his instruction.

Bless you.

BTW what name did you use before?

Hi!
Thanks for your reply.
Seems the Prayers requests has been booted down the way, so it's hard to find. How very sad!

Yes, the Wednesday reconciliation was what I was referring to. What a shame it's fallen apart. Prayer and fasting can accomplish much.

Thank you for your prayers. I'm am trying to keep an open heart and I'm praying that I don't miss what God wants for me. It's difficult indeed.

Thank you again...and for all of those who lurk and pray.

Blessings to you all.

Grace
