Is crying and just being unhappy a LB?

I have been emotional for day. I have had no LBs and have offered quite a bit to H, but Is crying and just being unhappy a LB?

I don't think it is per the "book" - but in my case it would be for my W if I acted like that. However, that is because I have basically acted frustrated and disappointed in her for years - I think it turned into a big LB. So, now I have to act happy even when I am not. That's my fault because of how I acted in the past.

If you haven't acted like that in the past, then maybe not, but others on here know alot more than I do which is only what I learn from them.

I do think, however, that you should try very hard not to act like that if you are trying to do "Plan A".

Crying and being miserable isn't a LB, but it might as well be. It's terribly unattractive and it can drive people away. Looking needy and being codependent at a time like this is a bad thing. Make an appointment with your doctor to see if you can get some anti-depressants prescribed to hold the depression at bay while you work on yourself.
