It begins today. Nothing big today (or shouldnt be...just setting hearing dates). But still...I am asking for prayers out there in this battle.

Mrs. MM has been strange lately. I wont go into it right now, but she has been all over the map with me. She hasnt waivered in pursuing this court stuff. But she has tried to hang out with me, to talk with me about everyday stuff. So very weird. After all of this time on here, I know what it is. It is jsut so strange to see it up close!

Anyway, we'll see what happens today. Thanks in advance for the prayers.

In His arms.

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28

Remember that promise MM. Hold it close to your heart today.

Thanks all.

Thanks Kimmy...I will.

I had one Scripture come to me last night that I think speaks to this also (and to many of us):

Quote
"Psa 25:1 To You, O LORD, I lift up my soul.
Psa 25:2 O my God, in You I trust, Do not let me be ashamed; Do not let my enemies exult over me.
Psa 25:3 Indeed, none of those who wait for You will be ashamed; Those who deal treacherously without cause will be ashamed.
Psa 25:4 Make me know Your ways, O LORD; Teach me Your paths.
Psa 25:5 Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the God of my salvation; For You I wait all the day.
Psa 25:6 Remember, O LORD, Your compassion and Your lovingkindnesses, For they have been from of old.
Psa 25:7 Do not remember the sins of my youth or my transgressions; According to Your lovingkindness remember me, For Your goodness' sake, O LORD.
Psa 25:8 Good and upright is the LORD; Therefore He instructs sinners in the way.
Psa 25:9 He leads the humble in justice, And He teaches the humble His way.
Psa 25:10 All the paths of the LORD are lovingkindness and truth To those who keep His covenant and His testimonies.
Psa 25:11 For Your name's sake, O LORD, Pardon my iniquity, for it is great.
Psa 25:12 Who is the man who fears the LORD? He will instruct him in the way he should choose.
Psa 25:13 His soul will abide in prosperity, And his descendants will inherit the land.
Psa 25:14 The secret of the LORD is for those who fear Him, And He will make them know His covenant.
Psa 25:15 My eyes are continually toward the LORD, For He will pluck my feet out of the net.
Psa 25:16 Turn to me and be gracious to me, For I am lonely and afflicted.
Psa 25:17 The troubles of my heart are enlarged; Bring me out of my distresses.
Psa 25:18 Look upon my affliction and my trouble, And forgive all my sins.
Psa 25:19 Look upon my enemies, for they are many, And they hate me with violent hatred.
Psa 25:20 Guard my soul and deliver me; Do not let me be ashamed, for I take refuge in You.
Psa 25:21 Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, For I wait for You.
Psa 25:22 Redeem Israel, O God, Out of all his troubles.

In His arms.

Just read your post to KJ. Even in your own turmoil you still find time to reach out and be supportive of others. You really do have a kind heart. I'll think good thoughts for you today.

Let her know how much you adore her MM ... she does not feel adorable ...

sometimes

"I adore you"

rather than "I love you"

is more acceptable to the formerly wayward who are not self-loving

just a thought ...

Dear God -- Please continue to be with on one of Your best down here, Mortarman. He knows, as we all do that sometimes Your plan and timeline is not the same that we are hoping for.

Bring him peace now during these times. And help to guide him to do what is best in Your eyes. He loves You Dear Lord, please let Your presence be known to him today.

And, thank you for sending him to us here on earth to help make all of our struggles a little more bearable.

((( Mortarman ))) Remember this through your battles ~~~

God's got your back !!!!!

Very good advice, Pep ~~ as usual..

Sometimes the words *I love you* end up losing alot of their meaning, if said over and over again.

Of course we all want/need to hear it from our S, but changing it up as you suggested is a wise idea...

Sincerely, carnation

I will give an update in a little while...but two main, quick things:

1. Mrs. MM is now ohh for two in court. The judge dismissed her case. It took all of 5 minutes for the judge to throw the case out (God is good!).

2. She came home just completely gone. The look on her face, her demeanor, what she said to me...the only thing I can describe it as is downright evil. And with what she said afterwards (I'll go into it later)...I really have come to one conclusion.

I am done. She is not herself anymore. Not even close. She will go to the Troll now and live that screwed up life, and unfortunately for my kids...they will have to deal with that. She did say to me that she realizes she would probably lose again when it came to divorce and custody. And that she doesnt care...she just wants this over with.

Of course, there was the insults...and for the first time in the last 4 years, she actually chimed in and started trying to play up the Troll. On what she thought was great about him and why she cannot wait to get back to him.

So, the Lord did protect me and the kids yesterday. The battle still continues, though. Got a lot of mess still to figure out and there is still court that will inevitably come up to decide custody.

Thanks again for all of the prayers. The Lord continues to keep the enemy away.

I am done. And now I can get the life my wife stole back.

In His arms.

All I can say is wow MM...I have been absolutely insanely busy with work and my life and have not really been around much except for a few certain folks stories I have followed. I have noticed, from comments in those threads that there were some set backs for indviduals who have been around since I began...coming here...I am sorry that this is happening to you. I wish you nothing but the best and you and you family are in my thoughts and prayers...

(((((Mortarman)))))

Our God is also a "God of Peace."

His peace and comfort to you, brother. Feel the presence of the Comforter in your life.

May your children see your witness for the LORD in not "allowing" sin to be a "valid choice" in the life of a Christian.

God bless and hold you in His arms.
