You have gotten a lot of great advice here but there is something i wanted to make sure you don't miss...

Ending this affair is not first and formost for the marriage, it is about you...

saving your integrity

when you married, did you plan on not staying faithful?

look at yourself from the outside... is this what you wanted for yourself? is this what you expect from yourself?

this is about you, not your marriage or your relationship with your BH. it is about you.

look deep down into your soul.

are these actions true to the person you want to be?

I think this is just an outstanding illustration of personal growth FL

I found that I learned many lessons about myself from the posts I made to others ... and now I see that same thing happening to you ! KEWL

wow Pep.....I can't believe you posted about this (well actually I can believe!)....I just pulled out those same words on 2crazy's thread because I wanted to make sure they didn't "lost" or overlooked. They are incredibly important...and an example of profound insight. FL....fabulous!!

I was thinking about you & how you cycle your self doubts and get disappointed & frustrated with yourself & your perceived lack of progress ....

You are profoundly transformed ... and it's time you acknowledged that fact & let go of the "I'm no good" self-flagellation.

it's time to move your perspective

not

not patience

you have patience

you need to accept the changes in yourself and use acceptance & faith as fuel to forge new progress
