WW Lawyer is takes steps to have our LSA rescinded so that they can ask for more money and different entitlements. I have lots of good evidence of EA/PA before and during the separation period. She wants to claim that I have totally breached the LSA contract and wants it rewritten into her favor.
I am just wondering if anyone else had their LSA rescinded, or tried

Viking- I am still learning all these abreviations. does WW mean wandering wife? I thought a separation aggreement can only be altered by agreement of both parties? It sounds like your wife wants to go to court. It sounds like she has intitiated the divorce. Hang in there and take your time. Are you wanting free of her? johoman
