So if the OM is a drum teacher. Should I tell his work about the affair he has with the wives of students? Should I also tell the parents of the sone who is a good friend of my son?

If the affair is still ongoing or there is still contact, expose to ANYONE who would be in a position to put pressure on the parties involved to end the affair. I would DEFINITELY inform the employer that his employee is engaging in unprofessional behavior. If you have proof, you need to write a letter exposing him (follow the letter that Mr. W wrote to stph) and include your proof with it. Schedule a meeting with the employer and hand him the letter and proof. This should kill the affair.

Also, keep your posts on one thread. That way people can follow your story more easily.
