I second B.
...a very simple but...effective....means of rendering a WS's ways ...'ineffective'!
You can bet your ?%$/$%*?* .... that I will think of it from now on...for 'filtering' WS's messages....particularly given my 'means' of communication with WS..... to help me only retain....the essential re boys!
I may just 'literally' blah blah blah blah ....my way out of this mess!
Thanks Kayla..... the simplicity of it all is baffling!
Good work!
B.... I also think that Kayla's idea....will be very helpful in 'enduring'.....
Hugs to both of you.

Glad to hear it! We'll collapse a few pain pills for Betrayed Spouses with that "intermediary" filter.
Cafe Plan B link http://forum.marriagebuilders.com/ubbt/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=2182650&page=1 The ? that made recovery possible: "Which lovebuster do I do the most that hurts the worst"? The statement that signaled my personal recovery and the turning point in our marriage recovery: "I don't need to be married that badly!" If you're interested in saving your relationship, you'll work on it when it's convenient. If you're committed, you'll accept no excuses.
