The other day I confronted my WS. Textbook responses, and acqusations, but open to talk. At this point it is a EA.
Problem for me: My WS is on the road for 2 weeks, with no real time to communicate. I think the phone & emial are really tough ways to bring up the subject of our confrontation about her EA. At the same time she can't see the good things that I am working on and how they are changing for the better. I am taking the carrot & stick approach, working on my issues, building a good home, and pampering myself a bit. BUT how do I know, how do I approach, how do I talk to them about what they are going throuogh. From what I have read I am just supposed to work on me and let them come to me. But 2 weeks is a long time. Any ideas as to what I can do to get WS to open up. One of our big issues has been I try and analyze, plan, and give advice.

I was the Spouse who was very active last week with the topic I've read an email I shouldn't have. I changed my handle.
Told WS's brother who was visiting the OM this week. WS travels a lot, but not near the OM.
You've been very helpful and I have been reading a lot of articles, His Needs, HEr needs, etc, but haven't gotten SAA
