Has anyone had any experience with how courts view Plan B? Like some others, I'm a little worried about how a court might view things in the event that there's a custody battle for my children. My lawyer thought the whole concept of Plan B was weird.

sd,
I was considering the plan B letter today also with the same concerns.
I am going to hold off on the plan B letter till after Custody settled.
Unfortunately I believe my B letter will be hand in hand with divorce papers -- even weirder

Your lawyer does divorce. He/she doesn't make money putting marriages back together. Remember that.
