A few come to my mind, Wayzilla and RT. What are other good names for OP?

Jayban calls his OM "Doofy." Personally, I refuse to call the OM in my situation by name. Generally when I refer to him to my W or friends I call him either "sh******" or "f********."

My W has been aware for about the last 2 years that I call her FOM "Rat Meat".

She doesn't much like it.

'wonder why?

It is a DJ, but I really have no respect for him. Even after all this time, my kids and I have never received anything resembling an apology from him... ...it.

Mine was "Fugly the eighth dwarf" back in the days when I still wasted brain cycles on him.

He is very short you see. And fugly.

"Rat meat" has alway been dear to my heart, but dear Alphin's OW "Tartilla Espanol" was clever, funny and true.

Love that one Bob. Good to see you back around from time to time.

I liked Lostva's name for the OW: PT

Look it up, though the story will require some excavation. It's pretty hilarious, though.

Bob:

I also considered "Phlegm Bag" in honor of the band "Controlled Bleeding's" album "Phlegm Bag Spattered".

But Rat Meat had already been pretty well established by the time it occurred 2 me.

Gee, I wish I were so creative!

I have been sticking with just plain old fashion **.

I don't know what she looks like and I hope I never do!

I have NO idea what OW looks like, but I call her Aimless; mostly because her name sounds like the first syllable (AIM) and she's a dumba$$ for getting involved with a married man because he 'convinced her it was okay' (WH told me he told OW this to start the A)

My original references to OM was “Skirt Boy” due to his hiding behind Wayzilla in fear, using her as a shield during exposure. The first time I coined it I told Wayzilla, “Your ten times the man as Skirt Boy, and at least I know who wears the pants in your relationship.” This was a probable Love Buster.

OMW ironically called him “Girlie Boy” during my exposure phone call because of his persistent denials of an affair when she had confronted him three times in the prior six weeks.

I have now settled on Gollum due to some unfortunate physical similarities and stature although Tolkien’s Gollum seemed far smarter and would probable mix better at a Black Tie Party.

Of course OW is VD...since those are her IRL initials.

I am awfully fond of what my Wookie calls her now...either "doofus" or (my personal fav) "nucking futz". Somehow they sound almost lyrical spilling from his lips...or perhaps it's just lyrical to me after those years (yes, years) of wondering if we were going to make it.

I've been wanting to come up with a good name for the OW. The "troll" just doesn't seem to cut it. She's more evil than that.

And lying, cheating **** is too vulgar.

I thought this site is intended to be helpful to WS's as well as BS's. It is, after all, a Marriage Builder's site. Some OP's may find this thread as a reason NOT to participate and build their marriage. Is there ANY good that may come from a thread of this nature? Is the laughter that may come at someone else's heartache really that funny?

Perhaps some things are better unspoken in certain circles?
