Hi, Malla.

Good for you in coming here for help.

Come completely clean about the whole thing with your husband.

Offer him complete transparency, email, phone. whatever passwords and details.

Read the articles on this site.

Order a copy of "His Needs, Her Needs" by Willard Harley, and you and your husband read it and do the work sheets inside.

You also need to be honest with your husband about who you are, the real you that felt it okay to do what you did, not the image he has of you - which is now dashed anyway.

Gimble

-An affair is the embodiment of entitlement, fueled by resentment and lack of respect.
-An infidel will remain unreachable so long as their sense of entitlement exceeds their ability to reason.

hello! Night is falling and the activity on the forum goes down as people go home and reconnect with their families. My H is at a managers meeting.....so I'm still bouncing around.

Dr. Harley recommends EXTRA-Ordinary precautions to avoid affairs. I think disconnecting your ability to communicate with other men is a good idea.

Rather than shutting down your laptop altogether....why not give it to your husband and when you want to log on here....he can look over your shoulder.

You've just dodged a bullet....as bad as your situation is....trust me....it could have gotten WAY worse.

Read the main site and learn how to protect your marriage and rebuild the trust.

We're here to help.

Welcome.

Oh....an change your name. The ACT was definitely "dumb", but if you're going to get better....dishonoring yourself won't help yanno?

I would do an inventory of your life and figure out why you feel the need to connect with men online. Make sure that your needs are being met IRL.
