Don't worry about Plan B right now, Plan A is the starting point. Plan A is showing him what a wonderful wife you can be and an attractive alternative to his woman friend. It will be very difficult for you to do while he is out of the home. It also includes exposure of the affair to friends, family, etc.

I suggest you see a doctor to get some anti-D's. You may want to postpone grad school, as this stuff is very draining.

Price, you wrote:

My husband is gone right now - he says we need some time apart. He's probably right. If I don't get my anger under control, one of us will get hurt.

The only reason your WH so willingly agrees to "time apart" is so he can behave as a single person and pursue the OW.

Here's a list of things you need to do, Price:

1. Buy the book "Surviving an Affair" and read it
2. See your doctor for anti-deps (situational depression)
3. Try and use only one thread on MB for all your posts so folks can keep track of your sitch and support you better
4. DO NOT tell your cheating spouse about this site, it is your safe place. If you tell him HE WILL use it against you.

I know you mentioned you have kids, a demanding job and school re-starting for you soon. Get those anti-deps asap so you can focus without so much emotion. This is known as a rollercoaster ride and you are on it for the duration.

You're going thru one of the worse situations a spouse can face, it can be debilitating if you allow it to be. Don't! Fight back with knowledge and take action to combat it. The Harley's and this support board can help you.

I don't know anything about threads. If someone can tell me, I will be glad to use it.
