Don't worry about Plan B right now, Plan A is the starting point. Plan A is showing him what a wonderful wife you can be and an attractive alternative to his woman friend. It will be very difficult for you to do while he is out of the home. It also includes exposure of the affair to friends, family, etc.

I suggest you see a doctor to get some anti-D's. You may want to postpone grad school, as this stuff is very draining.

I know you mentioned you have kids, a demanding job and school re-starting for you soon. Get those anti-deps asap so you can focus without so much emotion. This is known as a rollercoaster ride and you are on it for the duration.
