Almost exactly a year to the month from when we got custody of the children, we will be back in court with VD.
The AG is bringing her in on criminal charges for criminal non-support.
We got the paperwork Saturday, but I knew about it Friday. Called Faithy and told her.
I've already put in for the day off.

I have to smile, fondly remembering how jubilant I was when you two got custody.
How do you feel about her being charged with non-support? I can see being offended by her negligence of one of the few responsibilities she has, but I also suspect you never expected her to make good on it.

Truthfully, Dobs, it's just another step on the path.
And GC, never ever.
It's something one has to take into consideration when deciding to stay.

My prayers for a court day in your favor!
It never ends but the load seems to lighten as time goes by...
dday aug 05
ds was 4 and dd was 3 months old when the A happened
he went home sept 05; stayed for 3 weeks and left us again for ow after 3 weeks
he left preggy ow end of oct 05 and stayed with us since then
we are no contact and recovering
