I have been married two years and 2 months, but I have been separated from my husband since June. He moved out because we were not communicating well. It seemed to me that the least little thing I said to him he took it in a wrong way. The thing is, I have asked him if he wants a divorce, but he keeps telling me to wait and now its been five months. Both of us belong to the Church of Christ and we know there is no basis for divorce unless there is unfaithfulness. He wont talk to me, he's called only me 2x since he left. I have to call him for us to talk. I have been recently saved - Feb 2007- and I am really concerned about staying faithful - but then I ask - faithful to what? I have seen him with another woman in his car - it could be nothing but then who knows? I really can't imagine not being intimate with someone until I get married again. I live in a small community and have a really great job, so I can't see myself moving to find someone new. Besides I am still married, with a husband who doesn’t want to be around me and doesn’t want to divorce me. What do I do?

Welcome. The chances are good that your husband is having an affair. That may be why he wanted to live away from you. I would do some spying and find out what is going on.

If you don't want a divorce, don't cooperate in getting one.
