Just saw this article on a husband getting arrested for spying on his wife. Be careful if you are using any spy ware and living in Texas!!!


Spying on Spouse found illegal

So in most states you already have little or no recourse even IF you find out your spouse is cheating .......and NOW you can't even find out IF they are cheating { if only for health, children or financial reasons}.

Once again the laws are there ONLY to protect the Adulterers. Frustrating!! <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />

Much in the same way if a Guy [supervisor] is Boinking your W [at work and on the clock, while also having a 2nd OW] and you contact him to tell him you know & to back off and deal with his own W and family ........your the one that the Police Contact & threaten. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />

Stuff is soooo azz backwards these days.

I know, I was absolutely disgusted by that article.
Good thing I didn't do much snooping using spyware, we not only live in Texas but FWH is a cop!!

I agree with you, but I'm not kidding.

If the software is being used to find out if your spouse is cheating, have at it. Of course you're taking a chance of being arrested, but screw 'em. Trying to legislate morality rarely works.

Notice this article referred to "estranged wife," and "ex-girlfriend." As the article stated, jointly owned equipment has not been addressed. It could be the "estranged wife" was using a computer she'd bought herself while living separately or it might even have been one supplied her by her employer.
