Does he work with her still?
Best way, really the only way, is for him commit to No Contact (NC) with her for life and become completely accountable for his time and all his communications.
No Contact will mean him quitting his job if he works with her.

He is switching jobs but how to I make sure he is not still emailing/phoning from the new job. I can track his cell but what about the work phone?
