Does anyone have a planned method for reviewing and drilling things in reguarding mistakes made in communication, conflict, etc.?
I'm soaking up so much information right now I need a secure way to sort them out and review them so I can get things right all the time and stop making stupid comments and/or moving onto something else before I have actually put into practice and been successful at the previous subject?
Going into recovery now so I can be a better person for my children and for me.

What I did after DDay was start a journal. This helped ME with my thought process. I was confused, hurt, NEEDED to understand. Journaling helped tremendously with MY LBing, AOing, DJ's etc. I tried very hard to NOT put mouth in gear before mind in motion in the heat of the moment.
Sometimes that worked sometimes it didn't. When *I* didn't take my own advice, I was able afterwards to realize what I had done, said and I apologized for it. With time and practice it does get easier to think first.
Keep trying.

Thank you. I think writing it down has helped me already and will do even more good in the future.
