I'm still waiting for the judge's order (hopefully final order). I filed a motion to dimiss based on the information he gve on the complaint. And WH was given 20 days to respond to my response then an additional 30 days to amend his complaint so he could give a grounds of divorce that is recognized in AR.

He hasn't done anything. I would've thought if he really wanted it that he would've MADE SURE to get it done right the first time--in which he would've been able to file under general indiginities (similar to irreconcilable differences).

But nothing. Changes his #, so have no idea what it is. But he does know what # to contact me.

Recently learned that OW has gone and "chilled" at another guy's house and has not posted on FB in a while.

I filed my response 3 weeks after he filed even though I found out 20 mintues after he filed. So far I felt I made the right decision and I still have peace about it.

Any thoughts? Suggestions?

Me and the children are doing fine.

Hi Honey, I dont know what that means.

Does it mean that you are trying to fight the divorce?

Or does it mean that you are trying to get the paperwork corrected so that the divorce will finalize correctly in your state?
