My ex has decided NOT to make the divorce difficult like he originally planned.
No word of fighting me on getting all of the profit from the sale of the house and no word on fighting me moving! It will FINALLY be done.

we signed it all today.
it is done. :-)
will be final as soon as the judge signs it, hopefully within 8 weeks or so.
finally, the nightmare chapter closes.

just curious Yes it's my second marriage... although I never really thought about it... yes there was infidelity in my first marriage. She had a boyfriend for a short time. But that was not the only thing to cause the failure of the marriage. The infidelity happened early on... first 18 months... It was her cocain use, suicide attempts and bounced checks that made me RUN from her. She was going down the Sh*tter and I decided she wasn't dragging me and the kids with her.

just is sad to me that a second marriage is not working out either... makes me gun shy to even think about marriage again in the future! i'd not want to go through the ending of another one. i would sometime though, in the future, like to have a happy good marriage. and more children... i hope that will be in my future mlhb

MHLB, I am both happy and sad for you regarding the paperwork. I remember when I signed mine that it was a bitter sweet time for me...promises not fulfilled...yet hope for a new and rewarding life lay ahead!
As for the rest of this stuff...you ladies crack me up.

i felt more bittersweet when we signed the separation papers. it was still pretty fresh then as he had just moved in with ow and had only been moved out about 4 months. this? this was easy and a relief. we have not lived together for 3 years now. i am all about new beginnings now. a whole new life that i will build on my own with my children. and the more successful i become, the more he can realize what was lost. as for him, when i see him, i don't feel like i lost anything. nothing at all. mlhb p.s. thanks! i crack me up too!

me ex is buying the house (well his parents are buying it for him) right next door to ow's exbh' sister! (so, ow's now exh, due to the affair she was having with my h. his sister).
hmmm.... tell me God does not have a sense of humor!
can't wait for their big family bbq's and such! and from what i hear, her exh would still like to kick my exh's butt! ha!
well, i am off to work. did a new workout this morning and it kicked my butt. getting in shape is fun, but sucks too! LOL i wish i was one of those 5% of lucky women who don't have to exercise and can eat whatever they want. i hate those women!

jerry, in our agreement i can move anywhere within this county and the next one over. we are moving about 30 minutes away to the next town over. if i want to move further than that, or out of state, or if where i move would impair my exes vistitation (which he takes sporadically) i would have to go to court to get a judge's permission because, due to my ex being a controlling sob, he would never allow us to move further away. yes, i am very happy. A FRESH START IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER mlhb
