hi i am new here and just wanted some advice i have been married for 30 years but 3 months ago cought my wife out talking on her mobile to someone after a long arguiment she said she had been talking to someone from work nothing in it only friends ? but she does have depression and other problems but i cant stop thinking about it i cant sleep i am awake all night and when i do go to sleep i dream about it all so now its been 3 months plus we moved away so she as no conntact with him anymore so tonight i asked if she loves me said yes but not in love with me not really sure what to do now call it a day or try to work it out

A 30 year marriage is worth saving.
You need to do some snooping to identify the other man.

I love you but Im not in love with you is what all the letters state.
Its a classic line a wayward spouse uses when something is not going right and theres a level of an A taking place.
I suggest you snoop on cell phone bills, credit card statements, is she going for long periods of time happy for a day or so here and there could mean OM came to visit.. Or it could be a totally different OM...

Most BS's also can't believe their spouse is or could or would be having an affair either. The train just kinda drives you into the ground from nowhere.
