I felt so bad for the wife in the black dress. I could relate to the husband who is into his career and ignores his family. Poor woman still has no information to fill in the gaps. Did her H ever think that W's comment about his company not paying him enough to work like a dog could be that she thinks he worth more and thinks he deserves better. Could it possibly be a compliment from the nagging spouse...OMG!!!!! shocked It's all about the way you want to take it I guess.
