That tomorrow is the 4th Wednesday in the month and my turn to cook for midweek at church!! They say it's only 50 or so eating this year.
I didn't remember til I was in the car planning how I was going to get the siding off and replaced in front tonight. So I went to the store.
We are having homemade chicken and noodle casserole as well as toter tot casserole, relish tray, brownies and carrot cake, so I am sitting here in front of computer eating my supper. I've got chicken and hamburger cooking!
UGH, How stupid to forget!!!

OK! Good thing you had an ah-ha moment now rather than about 3 p.m. tomorrow!

Yep!!! I was done at 10:00 with the siding, to casseroles, a carrot cake and two pans of brownies!!
Told my friend after I figured out my siding dilema (see other post) that I was going to buy a cape and become superwoman!!
I am tired and am headed to bed.

Hey, could you post your recipe for carrot cake on here? It's one of the few cake/breads that I will eat and it might make the next 'get-together' go a little more pleasant! Thanks!!

Carrot Cake w/ cream cheese frosting is SOOOOOOO good!
BTW, I have my great aunt's prune cake recipe that is SOOOO good, too. People do turn up their nose when they hear what it is so I don't always tell them. It is covered in a glaze that is buttermilk, butter, and sugar. The thing is moist and yummy. I guess you could say it's a plum cake.

Maybe we should start a recipe thread here!!!
RMW-it was from Betty Crocker, I am good but not that good that I would've done all of it from scratch!!!!
