quick recap my husband had an affair last year. We have had NC since march. Things have been going well. I have access to H online email. He knows that. Yesterday I was going through it and I found a note to himself from last year with her email pw. I doubt he remembers its still there.

Would you use it? Any consequences about using it?

Log into her email and snoop around. If you find nothing, great. If you find something - well, at least you know.

Is it considered hacking if she gets caught?

ETA:

txbrokenheart,

Hopefully someone who knows will jump in here, but I think it is hacking if you go into her email.

discard it asnd do not use it. It is a crime and should be treated as such.

You have no right to do this.

You are in NC and working on recovery. YOUR actions could cause that to end.

D not use it.

I never had to take the Kobayashi Maru test until now. What do you think of my solution?

O'hana means family, and family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten.

Thanks for the advice! I don't want to get into a legal mess over it.
