Pariah i have never posted to you before but i would like to say that you do bring insight to this forum.
I just have to ask you though because i do not know your story i just gather by things i have read in your posts... Did your XW and the OM try to kill you?

Hey, folks, I need a bit of help. I hate to ask but there are cancer patients who need help. If you all could donate $5-10 (or even more) to help me raise about $400 more, I would really appreciate it - and so would people like Jack, David, Sandy, Pam, Rick, Mary Elizabeth, Lee, Dot, Ken, and many more.
...and forget that $3000 my profile says I want to raise....I messed up and didn't start my fundraising effectively so now I'll be joyous to raise $750!
Oh, I'm doing this half marathon with my daughter. Of all the people on the team, we are the only mother/daughter duo and she is the only high school student! WAY COOL to take on this kind of project, for 4 months, with your teenager!

I agree with believer about saying you will never marry again. At least i hope you do not carry your understandable distrust of your XW to the entire female gender.
I do not know that any of us can truly understand how you feel as your story seems like something from a movie but please do not let your XW deprive you of trusting again that would be horrible to let her have that power over your life.
