i had an affair a few months back and husband is beside himself. i want to work it out and thought he does too. now im not so sure. went through 10 years of him hav ing an affair on me

I think if you provide a little more background about your situation people will be able to help you out more. So, here are a few questions.
How long have you been married?
Do you have any children?
Are you still in contact with the OM (other man)?
Is your H (husband) still in contact with the OW (other woman)?
Have you looked over this site and read some of Dr. Harley's articles about infidelity?

 When did it stop? Why did it stop? Is he an addict in any way? Drugs? Gambling? Porn?
