I have watched as you continuously brag how your RA was the best thing that ever was for you, how you "put your FWXW in her place."
Dude--what you did was as bad as what she did and it is nothing, nothing to be proud of.
Go ahead, mods, and lock this--Dude needs to be told by the umpteenth person that his RA was NOT something that anyone should ever do in response to finding out their spouse has had an A.
To the vets--I'm sorry for disturbing things. I just can't stand watching Dude do this any longer without saying something.
One year becomes two, two years becomes five, five becomes ten and before you know it, you've wasted your whole life on a problem you can't solve. That's one way to spend your life. -rwinger

How can you say you do not condone an RA when you have so extensively in the past bragged about it? I did brag about it initially, but now it disgust me. I wish I would have totally taken the high road and went STRAIGHT to plan D. WHen I say STRAIGHT, I MEAN that day, together, calling up our attorney and start hammering out an amblicable divorce. I'm totally sorry I did the RA thing. It hurt me more than anyone and it takes TIME to realize that..DUDE

I have read one or two stories where both the WS and the BS feel thye benefitted from the BS's RA. So, at least for those folks, it may have been beneficial.
