Wow!! This is WXH's OW to a tee!!! I am going to forward this to OWH. Their custody hearings keep getting pushed back but he's already got assault charges and a restraining order against her for running him over with her truck among other things. She does the exact same things with respect to cancelling visitations at the last second. She has another trick as well - she flip/flops rapidly on her decision whether he can have visitation or not up to the last minute leaving him uncertain whether he's getting it or not. Since she left the city they were living in, he has to leave early from work and drive a long way to pick his DD up from school on his visitations so he really needs some advance notice. A couple of times she's done this flip/flop thing and then left town herself in the hopes that her daughter would be stranded at school and he would be blamed for abandonment. Unbelievable!
