As you all know, recently I got to start contacting some of my half-brothers. One of them was unmarried but had a baby on the way with his girlfriend.

What does this idgit do?

He cheats on her with a 15 year old. (He is 18 )

Now, I do realize that they weren't married, and that has its effect...but the bile he is spewing is, as always, right out of the wayward handbook.

"Our signs match"
"Xxxxx (pregnant girlfriend) could have been nicer about it when she found out."
"We COULD have talked it out"
"I love my [underage new girlfriend]!"
"Well I can't go to school in Xxxx because that would keep me away from the underage tart"

Glorifying the UAT and demonizing the XGF.

What I'd like to know is what I can do. Is there anything I could say to the EXGF?

And what about my brother? This is the first time I've had infidelity of any sort creep up in my own life... confused

I hate to treat this place like a blog but you are all good at dealing with infidelity in all its form, so I knew you'd all know what to do or say.

One year becomes two, two years becomes five, five becomes ten and before you know it, you've wasted your whole life on a problem you can't solve. That's one way to spend your life. -rwinger

I will not spend my life this way.

My first thought is the extreme carelessness and irresponsibility in general that he seems to be displaying right from the start.

Does he go to school? Did he graduate from high school? Is he working? What plans does he have to support his child, whether he stays with the GF or not? And what plans does he have for *not* any more children until ready for them?

He has not graduated--I believe he's been held back a year. No, he is not currently working.

He hasn't really made any plans other than to throw himself into this thing with the UAT. His FB status even says they're married puke

She's the love of his life, blah blah blah.

All I can think of was, "MB taught me about that..." because I know the waywards justify to themselves and glorify the AP to make themselves feel better.
