What are the tools for dealing with resentment? What happens that you are so angry for the way your spouse has treated you? How do you get past it?

H, I have come to the conclusion that some people are just cruel.
Dictionary.com:
cruel   /ˈkruəl/ Show Spelled [kroo-uhl] Show IPA adjective, -er, -est. 1. willfully or knowingly causing pain or distress to others. 2. enjoying the pain or distress of others: the cruel spectators of the gladiatorial contests. 3. causing or marked by great pain or distress: a cruel remark; a cruel affliction. 4. rigid; stern; strict; unrelentingly severe.
Is that not your WH(mine too)?
The WHY and HOW COULD HE are not important. SOME people just are.
These kind of people can never be truly happy. Not with themselves, not with others, not with the world.
You and I my friend(may I call you 'friend') KNOW happiness.
Someday, someday, we will be truly happy again.
Have faith.

Have faith. Sweet However and unfortunately we BS's have had a serious blow to all that we trusted and had faith in. I come here to read quotes and postings such as yours to remind myself of faith. I also think that the how and why questions are like a car accident, you don't want to stare - but we all look. We know we won't get the answer to those questions - but they are always lurking.
