Hmmm. And you so seemed like the nice, church-going type . . .

Godly men are not meek.
They are warriors.

Currently reading a book on the Shaman of the confederated tribes from which I descend on my mother's side.

A Shaman is; doctor, medicine man, healer, hunter, warrior. While he may be a hunter and warrior from youth, he can only be a doctor, medicine man, or healer later in life (experience with his tah).

A man is a great many things, a pummeling bag is not one of them.

Danke, Pep.

Even considering he was the Prince of Peace, didn't Jesus go into the temple and basically tear up the merchants' tables inside? He wasn't going to have them doing that in there, and decided to do something about it.

One year becomes two, two years becomes five, five becomes ten and before you know it, you've wasted your whole life on a problem you can't solve. That's one way to spend your life. -rwinger

I will not spend my life this way.

Joh 2:14-16 In the temple he found those who were selling oxen and sheep and pigeons, and the money-changers sitting there. (15) And making a whip of cords, he drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and oxen. And he poured out the coins of the money-changers and overturned their tables. (16) And he told those who sold the pigeons, "Take these things away; do not make my Father's house a house of trade."

Chased em out with a whip.
