I found this. it is why the charges were dropped. Idiot prosecutor. Prosecutors dropped felony charges Friday against a Rochester Hills man accused of snooping in his wifes e-mail after they learned that she had been snooping as well surreptitiously reading text messages on her husbands phone.
(Leon Walker was set to go on trial Monday, charged with computer hacking. He was charged in 2010 after prosecutors learned he had been reading his then-wife Clara Walkers e-mail to determine whether she was having an affair. She was. The couple has since divorced.)
