Gave my wife the letter this morning. She wanted to know what this was supposed to prove. I told her nothing, it was just me trying to make amends for my actions. She wouldnt read it while i was there so i dont know what shes going to do with it.
The promises i made were were how i was changing and would never hurt her again. She said she has heard it all before. I said this time is different and she said so was the last time. I believe in what I told her but shes right she has heard all of this before. I had a chance to prove it with my actions and handed her words. Tell her how this time is different with your actions. Tell her you're in anger management to deal with your AOs. Tell her you are educating yourself in how to treat her the way she should be treated with MB concepts.You could email her Dr. H's basic concepts and let her read them. A good way to introduce her to MB and show her what material your educating yourself. You must give her time. Then show her all this with your Actions.

She just realized that I had her wedding rings. I wanted to get them resized in case she ever wanted to wear them again. She took it as me being controlling and trying to manipulate her. She was irate. I didn't think of it that way.
I wish I could turn back time....

I just don't feel like I can do anything right. She even bitched because I was on meds. Yelled about my counselor. I didn't argue. All I want in this world is to go home and be with my family. The sleeping pills don't work, the depression is horrible and all I seem to accomplish is pissing her off.
I wish I could turn back time....

If you need help with depression get it.
You can't plan a if you are clinically depressed.

Talked to her this morning for a bit. I'm taking the kids to my family's for 5 days for the holidays. Wished her a happy holiday .. she still hasn't spoke about the letter or if she sent it.
I wish I could turn back time....

Follow up with your doctor.
