Oh if I may add...I'm pretty devoted to being done but the other issue is he has told many people many intimate details about our lives and of course it being my fault...How do I get him to correct the error of his ways there. He says now that he is drinking much less he is seeing things very differently when it come to the OW

I just read it again. I pretty much have it done. It is against the law to change the locks if someone is on the deed. Plan B letter done for most part. I dont want a IM. Tried that and just isnt working.

Ok so what do you do when he says its my house too and I am paying a portion of the mortgage and Im done with her and working on the alcohol issue...? Then you file for divorce or separation and get him legally removed. If you will just change the locks and send him a Plan B letter giving your conditions, it is unlikely he will get in. He won't want to go to the trouble of forcing his way in legally. If he says he is done with you, then that is just fine. You can't force him to sober up and work on your marriage. you have no control over that.

Tried that and just isnt working. It is not against the law in any state in the union to change your own locks. Do you want to post your Plan B letter so we can give you feedback?
