A couple you were helping on another thread. Things are still pretty much the same. Phone may not be logged. I decided to continue to monitor.
I noticed 2 or 3 days back the emails with scren shos stopped working with desktopshark and so i uninstalled it. Now I cant get the license to activate. It shows an error: Server error unable to activate at this time. I've uninstalled avast and turned the firewall but still get the error.
I've emailed support again but didnt hear from them last time when trying to find out about upgrading from previous type of license.

I have experienced this before .. it will eventually sort itself out. Keep trying.. probably a server issue. Like you I also emailed ... and never got a response. BUt one day .. when i went to try and reinstate the keylogger. BAM, It worked fine.
