BrainHurts these were really helpful. I especially enjoyed the long term affair one. Although my H wasn't having one for 10 years I think his 3 qualifies. And the connection between substance abuse and adultery in the addiction's clip really tied up a lot of things for me. As my H never really dealt with his addictions he was substituting over and over with different things, currently this woman and gambling.
I am feeling quite better its my day 6 on dark Plan B. All this information does give me answers as to WHY that big question. I am able to see now why he is in such a deep addiction. I see now that he needs to deal with his addictive personality for any of us to live a healthy life.
I also found a post that from another member here that has a very similar story to mine and was able to recover her marriage and doing better than they ever have. Her name is QueeniesAdventures. I have been going through her whole story. Its amazing how similar our backgrounds.

I'm glad the radio clips are helping you, friend. Oh yes Queenie is awesome. She comes back once in awhile. Another good poster is Sugarcane. Her FWH had a 3 year Affair and they are recovered.
