What is the cure Dr. Markos? You silly girl!! The cure is to brew a cup on the ole Keurig while the coffee brews!!

What is the cure Dr. Markos? You silly girl!! The cure is to brew a cup on the ole Keurig while the coffee brews!! haha - my grandmother used to brew a cup on the single cup maker so she'd have the energy to fire up the four cup maker! This was the days before K-cups.

I show up at the YMCA at 4:30AM and coffee is already there, made by elves I presume.
I have a cup, stretch, go workout and by 6:30 I'm ready for another cup or three as part of the cool down.
No, I don't have a problem.

You sillies!  You got to set it up the night before! Get it all goin' on, and then set up the brew time for the am. Just wake up and smell the coffee that is already ready! Forget those Keurigs! (no dj's intended) Lot's of stuff for the landfill there... forgive that I am organic, sustainable, re-useable, re-purposed and compost-able!  Miss M
