I have been with my husband for 24 years but married 19 of those years. He has had an emotional affair early in our relationship but now is carrying on a full affair. I want to save our relationship because it hasn't been all bad. I have extreme pressure from my family to kick him out. I know that would be the wrong choice for me. I am in need of some encouraging words as I navigate this journey.

Please ask the moderators to move your thread to Surviving an Affair. That forum gets a lot more traffic.

Who is this OW? Is she married? Do they work together?

When did his recent affair begin and when and how did you discover it?

Has his affair been exposed to everyone?

Do you have children? Do your children know of their father's affairs?

Have you read this? How to Survive Infidelity

How is your health? Your family is right about separating from your H if he does not immediately end his affair. It is very bad for your emotional AND physical health for you to have to live with a flagrantly adulterous spouse.
