Fox, who are your exposure targets? [not names, but relationships] You say there is no MRS. How were you able to confirm this?

Because He recently seperated/divorced....posted early on. Im not totally prepared. I cant get enough info on his friends/family. Very few.

Because He recently seperated/divorced....posted early on. Im not totally prepared. I cant get enough info on his friends/family. Very few. WEll, there is a massive difference between married and divorced. Is he divorced? Separated? [separated means married] When? How have you been able to verify that?

I have been reading them...The family/friend info collecting is very slow. My hard evidence is minimal, but good stuff. A physical affair cannot be proven yet. Chats and phone records are what I have. And of course, she admits talking and txting him...and her affection toward him.

All those records you have indicate an inappropriate relationship. You do not have to all I can prove is an EA. You have enough proof that their is an affair and your WW and the OM will not go NC.

It takes a couple of hours to collect information. Have you found his facebook page? Have you researched him to find out if he is married? Have you called his house to see who answers? It shouldn't take this long, my friend.

Fox, it sounds like your WW has lied to you and told you he is separated/divorced. She has probably told you other lies such as that the BW is crazy/violent/an alcoholic and that is why they split so you had probably better not talk to her. That is usually what BH's like yourself get told. It is not often that a WW says: "Oh yeah he has a broken hearted wife at home and some angry children who are going to help you break us up. Want her number?" Usually she does not know herself that her OM is still with his wife.
If you had found out the truth for yourself you would know whether he is separated OR divorced. He can't be both. There is a huge difference between the two! Separated OM are typically those who have put their BW through indecisive hell and have then moved out to have the A with your WW on tap. While also talking recovery with the wife.
Exposure to the BS is the most important exposure target.
I realise that I have made a lot of assumptions here and that is because your posts give us NO information of what you have independently established. I don't think I can help you further unless you are serious about a proper exposure plan. If you can't even pick up the phone and make a single call to establish your most important target, there are other more serious people who can benefit from my help.
Are you doing OK functionally? Sleeping eating, concentration? Are these things OK (they won't be great) or do you need medical help?
