My sisters husband has been drinking, and also struggles with Pornography. She is frustrated and doesn't know what to do. What kind of advice should I give her? I think it is to the point that she wants to leave...

Roughrock, send her Dr. Harley's When to Call it Quits series of articles. These introduce Plan B for her as a means of protecting herself that may induce her husband to reform if he wants to keep her, but will definitely protect her whether he chooses to or not.
It is extremely unlikely that she will not welcome advice if she is not soliciting it. Giving a book or an article can be a good way to give someone advice in a way that they can choose to accept or decline.

She would be helped by attending Alanon meetings for His drinking problem, because it is a Family Disease.
She will learn to not enable his poor decisions and allow him to live with his own consequences he creates, along with creating boundaries she can live with.
You can also speak with him about the drinking and pornography.
