7 years ago I found this place in one of the blackest holes of my life. With the advice and support of the people here, I dug myself out of this hole and kept my marriage.

Now, 7 years later, I have popped back in here to make sure this site is still here to help a friend of mine, and I am happy to see that it is still here, still helping.

I am still married, and things are good between my wife an I. It took many years for me to get to the point where I now rarely reflect upon the bad times we went through. But I credit that to this site and to the people here.

If you follow the principles of this site, and listen to the advice of those that have come before, you will end up in a better place. As hard as that is to imagine, it is true. I only post this because I know how hard it is to imagine life beyond the current crisis you are enduring. But there is an after, all the turmoil will pass.

I think, in retrospect, that this site is not about your spouse, it is about you (and me). I learned to be a better person and a better husband through this site, and you can do the same, whether it saves your marriage or not.
