Welcome to Marriage Builders. As you will soon find out there are many of us who have been in your shoes.
Read all you can on this sight. There are two books I would recommend "Surviving an Affair" available at this sight. And Torn Asunder by Dave Garder. They are very helpful. If you can get your husband to read them they would also helphim.
Have you thought of marriage counciling? That would also be helpful. Fill us in on more information like any children etc. Weekends are slow so don't give up.

my husband moved out almost 8 weeks ago. its so hard and i am in severe depression, they say. i am on medication. he left his children and his home for my so called ex friend.. so i am right there with you. one day, literally, we would say i love u after conversations we had while he was driving for work. then the next phone call i received...i am leaving you for her.

he doesnt take the kids but mcds, or one time a movie.. whoopie.

i feel like u, empty and dead inside.

how long since he moved out? etc.
