Today I saw Cobby B all of the sudden confess ... about adultry right after he is charged with rape. I saw "fake" in him. Don't know why, probably I am a BS.
What do you think ?

I didn't see it but his picture's on the front page of foxnews.com and the look his wife is giving him looks like she's forcing herself to believe him.

I have to tell you, this story hits too close to home for me and my FWH. If you are not familiar with my story... my H had an A (several months) with my sister, and after she and I had a huge fight, she decided to tell everyone that my H raped her (over and over... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="images/icons/mad.gif" /> ), my H then came clean about the A. My H did NOT rape my sister, so I tend to see the other side of the situation. Like maybe the girl wants money, or revenge??? I refuse to pass judgement on him until the facts are ALL out! IF he DID do it, I hope he rots in jail... if he did NOT do it, I hope he and his wife can recover and live happily ever after! Sorry if I sound bitter, but like I said... this just hit a little too close to home!!! As a FBW that has worn Mrs. Brian's shoes, I know that SOME women actually do lie about being raped!!! Not surprised that an athlete had an affair. I know a few pro athletes and some of the stories are unreal.
Woman through themselves all over these guys who spend alot of there time away from home and in a macho/tribal like environment. Not condoning it just not surprised.
I imagine his wife will be leaving him soon. I bet it wasn't the first time he's fooled around. This media circus will likely push her over the edge.

Is this an ONS or many a ONS? Is there repeating OW that travels with him? I briefly heard the interview on the radio and can't really tell. He needs NOT to show crocodile tears and if the tears are real, then the actions to make Mrs. Kobe feel reassured of his repentance s/b undeniable. So the rest of the world can wait and watch just like Mrs. Kobe has to. Maybe just without as much anticipation. It isn't touching our lives like it is touching hers. I am happy as a clam ... I get a mindless "part time" QA job on May, I could do it in my sleep or listening to rock music to keep me going. It pays my bills and I "choose" to be a part time contractor. They love me (nice to be needed <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" /> ), they know my situation and they know I could re-engineer their product if I want to <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" /> .... but I want a mindless QA job. They let me to work at home when I have my 2 D <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> , meaning I only go to the office on the alternate week. When I was at Fresno for my 2 D competition, they let me work from there ... out from StarBucks (HotSpot) next to the convention center <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" /> . I am going to keep this job until my ExW (Dv) willing to settle on financial part <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" /> . It is too bad that Sprint or T-Mobile data plan (all you can use plan) doesn't go far to Mexico ... otherwise I could work from Acapulco beach <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" /> . I am thinking of going to work from Hawaii while I don't have my 2 D when the school strts but I have to make sure the resort has wireless internet conection. Her lawyer sent a letter to get document for sttlement conference. She is really Venusian, she is waiting until stock market climbing, tech stock that is. I want to finish it soon. This financial setllement is the only one holding me out to look for new mate. For now the only mate that I could lurk is in SF-Zoo <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" /> . About Kobe, I think he will suffer from this publicity.
