That is great news. I think in your situation I would bring her back as a "friend". She doesn't want to come back as a friend, and I think you know that. If she wants to come back, she wants to see if it will work, and as hard as you've been working, it will. Also, the OM is abusive to your W and children. So, Yes for both the W and the children, get them away from the abuse.
Does she want you to stay and her move to you, or the other way around? I think her moving to you would be best, to get away from OM. And, as you said, don't get your hopes up, other than this does sound like a turning point.

H2Y that's great news! I think she's testing the waters with the friends remark thats okay though gives you time to plan A. I'm so very happy for you. All the best I'll be praying for you. Take care. Be careful with that snoopy dance don't want ya to hurt yourself before she gets home. ha ha.D:
cybil

That really does sound VERY promising H2Y! Good stuff!!
I agree that in your situation (more to the point, your W's situation with the OM) it would be a good move to move in together, even if as 'just friends'.
I know for me, I never considered that to be an option (although H wanted to live in the basement, pay rent, etc). But I couldn't handle knowing he would be going out with whomever he damn well pleased and I would have no say in the matter. I told him that should he come to live here, it would be as my HUSBAND, NOT a roommate. [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] But his safety was never in jeopardy.
Karen
