I see none of the former members online and most of the topics are SPAM posts and not even being moderated to clean them up.

I think it is for all intents and purposes dead. There certainly don't appear to be any active mods or admins anymore. I've flagged a few posts myself the last month or so to no effect and I just keep checking back in out of curiosity to see how this progresses.
The Harleys are in their 80's now and I guess the mods are in the same age group and not up to the fight to keep the AI bots and spammers at bay. It's sad, but age really is not just a number. There doesn't seem to be any succession plan to keep this forum alive and I wonder what will eventually happen to the whole website.

I see that some of the spam is being deleted from time-to-time, so I think someone is still moderating, at least part-time.
