Sometimes a man forgets what makes him whole. He forgets what makes life worth living and why everyday is a day of joy. Yes he forgets that she is there for him when he awaken with the rays of dawn and settle with the cloak of twilight. He often forgets her love drives him to goals he never alone could achieve. And in the end when he looks back, back on all that is good and all the happiness, he will see that behind hims every step of the way is the one he often takes for granted guiding him and walking him through life with her unyielding support and her undying love.

Thank you for your kind words. These are poems I find myself writing when I reflect on that which we call life. If it can bring a smile to your face or help unburden a bit the hustle and bustle of that which we call life. Then I am happy I can play a small part in making this so...

Regards.

eternal poet.i really like your poems.i too write when i am moved to.

as i walk along this journey we call life,
i find there is so much we don't see,
if we just take a moment to breathe in life and let our spirit soar free,
to believe in hope and live our dreams,
to smile when our heart is so full of love,
to open our heart to compassion and understanding,
to letting the sky be the limits on what we can achieve,
to love,to life,to the amazing possibilities.

Nice poem. Yes it is nice to be able to write and place into words the emotions we have within. It's such a release, especially when something is bothering us.

Thank you for sharing thoughts.
