obi,
this is very potent... i will venture a guess and say that this is about you communicating with the OW... that must take a lot of guts and be traumatic... i never did talk to the OM... i met him... he helped my WW move out of our house... she didn't tell me at the time he was OM... but i had a feeling he was... she lied about it... i PI'd them to confirm it... but WW was 'delusion in denial' at the time... they have been living together since...
and i wouldn't know what to say to him, anyway... IMO... she 'traded down' (name of my band is trading down)... waiting for your next one...
