Today, at my husband's persistant request i filed for a legal separation. My husband and I were high school sweethearts. We have know each other for seven years,have been dating for six years, and have been married for three years. Our anniversary is coming this April. We have a two year old little boy and a brand new baby boy. <P>My husband is completely unsatisfied with our marriage and his life in general. We have said and done so many hurtful things to one another and have lost hope for true happiness in our marriage. He has become so hard hearted that no apology or promise will make him see that divorce is not the way. <P>I love him very much,in spite of what seems to be hopeless. I vowed my love to him for better or for worse, and even though I don't LIKE him sometimes and dissatisfied with our current state of marriage, I can not break my commitment to God. <P>PLEASE PRAY THAT HE WILL STOP ABANDONING US EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY. PLEASE PRAY THAT HE WILL FIND GOD'S DIVINE PURPOSE FOR HIS LIFE. <P>I know that God has a plan for Patrick, if only he will seek it out with his whole heart. He is a wonderful father,a generally caring human being, and a good husband. I desire for our family to come together abiding under God's Holy plan and to have the marriage that I know is possible in my heart.<P>I pray THAT WE WILL EXERCISE FORGIVENESS TO ONE ANOTHER. I pray THAT HE WILL DESIRE TO GO TO COUNSELING WITH ME SOON. I pray THAT HE WILL NOT ASK FOR A DIVORCE AFTER OUR NINETY DAY WAITING PERIOD AND THAT HE WILL WANT A BLESSED RECONCILATION INSTEAD. I pray THAT GOD WOULD TAKE AWAY ANY TEMPTATION OF ADULTERY FROM OUR HEARTS AND BODIES. I pray THAT WE BECOME THE COUPLE AND THE FAMILY THAT GLORIFIES GOD'S KINGDOM AND ENCOURAGES OTHER MARRIAGES. I pray THAT WE BECOME THE COUPLE THAT WE SAW IN OURSELVES BEFORE WE WERE MARRIED. We were so determined and had undying desire to be together forever. Dear Father in Heaven, thank you for your unending love, and tremendous grace. We pray that you will restore Amber Nicole and Patrick's marriage, giving them the kind of Christian marriage that You have always intended for them to have. Show Patrick your will for his life, Lord. Guide him Father back to his wife. I pray, dear Jesus, that there will be no divorce. We know that you hate divorce, therefore in faith we believe it is Your will that no divorce will ever happen in this marriage. We claim victory over the enemy in this marriage, bind Satan's powers, remove all evil spirits that are attacking this family.
